Wife of the late Robert Reynolds, Sr., and the late Elliott Satchell, Sr. Mother of Charmaine, Robert Jr. (Traca), Bryon and Amado (Dawn) Reynolds and Martin and Anthony Satchell, grandmother of Gaynita, Will, Amber, Robert III, Kellie, Jennifer, Dominique, Yvette, Shakiera and Sabre, great grandmother of three. Also survived by a brother Kim Wong, many nieces and nephews and a dear family friend Robert Donovan. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday, June 30, 2010, 7 to 9 pm. and Thursday, July 1, 8:30 to 9:30 am. at McIlvaine Funeral Home, East Falls followed by her Funeral Mass 10 a.m. St. Bridget Church.

RUTH H. SCHOFIELD, July 24, 2010, of East Falls. Loving daughter of the late Walter and Mary Schofield. Longtime member of Falls United Methodist Church. Ruth was a generous contributor to several charities. She did volunteer work at the Thomas Mifflin School and the Falls of Schuylkill Library. Ruth is survived by some cousins and many friends. Shelley and Joe Baucom were special friends to Ruth. Neighbors, relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service, Thursday, July 29, at 10 o'clock at Falls Presbyterian Church, Vaux and Midvale. There will be a visitation at the church, prior to the service, from 9:15 - 10 a.m. Interment Mt. Peace Cemetery.

FRANCIS J. SHEA, January 8, 2010, 97, of East Falls; Caracus, Venezuela and Pompano Beach. Survived by 8 nieces and nephews, Dr. George Kern IV, Frances Kern Krausman, Dr. William Shea, Jr., Dr. Elizabeth Shea-Clement, Francis M. Shea II, Margaret Shea-Albano Esq., Mary Louise Shea-Martinez and John D. Shea, Esq. Also survived by 23 great nieces and nephews and 2 close cousins, Elizabeth Harem and Bernie Hamilton. Francis was preceded in death by his brother William J. Shea and his 2 sisters, Catherine Kern and Margaret Shea. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing at the McIlvaine Funeral Home, East Falls on Saturday, January 16th, 8:30-9:30 a.m, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial. at 10 a.m. at the Basilica of SS Peter and Paul, 18th St and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. BETTY ANN SINGER (nee Billups), May 20, 2010. Suddenly. Beloved wife of the late John F. Dear. Mother of Deborah, Benincasa, John T. (Tracey), and Stephen (Barbara), Loving grandmother of Nicole, Amanda, and Breanne Benincasa, and Ashley, Johnny, Emily, Zachary, Zoe and Alex Singer. Also survived by two great grandchildren, Adrianna and Sean Benincasa. She was preceded in death by her sister, Edna Solarz.
